Procedures

Option 1:

1. Please get in touch by filling up this form OR sending an email to cbbcssupport@embl.de at least three months before the course.
2. Once we approave your request, you are responsible for testing that the resources work for your course no later than one month before the course. This is to give us enough time to fix any issue that may surface during testing.

Option 2:

You could use the BAND for courses with existing resources and applications without informing us. In this case, resources will not be reserved for your course participants.
